Walter B. Lotz, Jr., is a principal and secretary/treasurer of Foresite Realty Advisors, Inc.and specializes in Commercial-Investment sales and management. Walt entered the real estate business in 1975, and became a Broker in 1977. He was a principal of Twin Oaks Realty with multiple offices specializing in residential housing. In 1985 in just six months successfully completed the required courses to become eligible to sit for the final CCIM exam and was awarded the CCIM Designation in 1992.

He manages many properties in the Capital Region and resides in Slingerlands, NY and Summerfield, FL. Walt has put together many partnerships for acquiring and developing properties like Albany Memorial Professional Building Albany, NY - Medical Arts Building Nyskayuna, NY - First Prize Center Albany, NY - Hanniford Shopping Center and the Red Roof Inn on Wolf Road Albany, NY - Auto Dealerships in both MA and NY.
