REPRESENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

• Mr. Giniecki has conferred with members of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee pertaining to the structure of real estate 1031 exchanges.
• He has completed real estate transactions involving properties located in multiple states.
• He has represented commercial/retail regional and national firms for site location of shopping centers and free standing retail/service properties, shopping center consulting and leasing activities as well as the sale of commercial/retail properties.
• Also, he has extensive experience in representation of investment property sellers and purchasers and recently has completed the sale of a $160 million multifamily portfolio consisting of 12 multifamily properties.
• Consulting services had been provided to institutions, government agencies, private clients, and he had completed appraisals under the direction of a MAI appraisal firm for commercial, multifamily, industrial/warehouse, office properties and residential subdivisions.
• Mr. Giniecki is a certified instructor in the field of commercial-investment real estate in New York State and several states for real estate practitioners, legal bar associations and C.P.A. continuing education. He was recognized as "Instructor of the Year" for the New York State Association of Realtors. Also he has been a guest lecturer at colleges, real estate convention and conferences, and for real estate organizations.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:

Mr. Giniecki has earned the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial-Investment Member) of the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM Institute), an international professional organization. This is the highest recognized designation in the field of commercial-investment real estate awarded to those who have completed prescribed education in addition to meeting experience requirements. Also, he has been designated a Counselor of the Society of Exchange Counselors, and holds the SEC designation of this international creative real estate marketing network that sponsors not only creative real estate transaction education, but also, conducts several North American real estate production orientated marketing meetings annually.

He is a member of national and regional exchange marketing associations, served a president of the New York State CCIM Chapter, President of the Commercial-Investment Division of the New York State Association of Realtors, President of the Commercial-Investment Brokers of the Capital District, has served on the Advisory Board of the Directory "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate", and has served on the Board of Governors/Directors of these and other regional and national real estate marketing organizations.

EDUCATION AND OTHER EXPERIENCE

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Ithaca College, and, prior to entering into real estate, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a major independent retail department store as well as having been a General Manager for department stores of a national chain.
